Challenge Overview

Week 1: Nourish to Flourish
- Focus on nutrition as the foundation of resilience
- Learn about anti-inflammatory foods and stress-supporting nutrients

Week 2: Move with Purpose
- Explore movement as medicine for both body and spirit
- Discover activities that build physical strength and mental resilience
- Learn stress-releasing exercises and mindful movement practices

Week 3: Calm the Storm Within
- Master stress management techniques for daily resilience
- Practice mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation strategies
