Join us for an exclusive 18-day health reset as we mark one year since Hurricane Helene impacted our community. This transformative group will focus on building resilience through four pillars of optimal health: nutrition, movement, stress management, and meaningful connection.

Over three weeks, you'll participate in a supportive group environment led by our experienced staff. Each weekly session will provide practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and community support to help you build lasting habits that enhance your resilience.

Challenge Overview

Over three weeks, you'll participate in a supportive group environment led by our experienced staff. Each weekly session will provide practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and community support to help you build lasting habits that enhance your resilience.

Week 1: Nourish to Flourish

  • Focus on nutrition as the foundation of resilience
  • Learn about anti-inflammatory foods and stress-supporting nutrients
  • Develop sustainable eating patterns that fuel your body and mind
  • Share meals and recipes that bring comfort and connection

Week 2: Move with Purpose

  • Explore movement as medicine for both body and spirit
  • Discover activities that build physical strength and mental resilience
  • Learn stress-releasing exercises and mindful movement practices
  • Create personalized movement goals that fit your lifestyle

Week 3: Calm the Storm Within

  • Master stress management techniques for daily resilience
  • Practice mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation strategies
  • Strengthen social connections and community support networks
  • Develop your personal resilience toolkit for ongoing well-being
